Utah Ski Properties reserves the right to provide accommodations of equal or greater cost, at no extra charge, if it becomes necessary to relocate a guest or group should
a unit not be available.

Deposits and Payment
Half of total lodging per unit is due within 7 days of booking to hold a reservation. Balance, including tax, is due 45 days prior to arrival. No refunds for late arrival or early departure. Payments may be made by check only. 10.45% lodging tax added to all rentals.

Check-in time: 3:00pm
Check-out time: 10:00am
(No exceptions Christmas thru end of March.)
There will be an additional charge for units not vacated by 10:00am.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made prior to 45 days of arrival will forfeit a 10% of deposit. Cancellations made after 45 days no deposit returned.

Fees
A 25$ fee will be charged for each change to a reservation after receipt of deposit.

Housekeeping
All units are fully furnished to include kitchen supplies and utensils, linens, soap and paper supplies. Guests staying a minimum of 7 nights will receive a mid-week towel exchange and trash removal. A cleaning charge may be assessed if the unit requires excessive cleaning upon departure.

No telephone in house.

Security deposit
Made by check, returned after to client once house checked for damage.

Just as a Reminder
You are renting a privately owned unit. Please treat it as if it were your own. Please do not remove any items such as towels, appliances, kitchen items, etc. Each unit is inventoried upon check-out.

Pets allowed with permission and deposit only.
